Julian was first introduced to Breaking at the age of 11 years old and began training at Cypher Dance Academy before joining The Dance Collective.  Since then, he has also gained experience in Hip Hop, Contemporary, Commercial, Afro and Popping.  In 2024, Julian travelled with The Society Academy to compete at Danchella (Cairns), placing third.  The opportunity allowed him to learn from renowned artists including Colette Kaiwai, Rie Hata and HomeBros.
